You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

 

 

What you’ll do:

As the Manager Customer Fulfillment – Alliance Key Account, you will be the driving force behind seamless customer delivery and operational excellence. Acting as the strategic link between commercial and supply chain teams, you will lead the implementation of best-in-class fulfilment practices, optimise delivery performance, and spearhead supply chain initiatives that create value for both adidas and the accounts. Your role will involve managing timely order book conversion, strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders, and championing strategic supply chain improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

 

The difference you will make:

A day in the life:

  • Define priorities, opportunities and risks for alliance key accounts, implementing mitigation actions and driving cross-functional delivery.
  • Manage alliance account requirements by prioritising needs and collaborating with global partners to deliver optimal and innovative solutions.
  • Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Support S&OP processes and financial target alignment through close collaboration with Finance, Sales and Customer Service.
  • Oversee order book conversion and operational performance, partnering with Product Supply, Fulfilment, DC and Outbound teams to drive efficiency, availability and KPI achievement.
