P U R P O S E & O V E R A L L R E L E V A N C E F O R T H E O R G A N I Z A T I O N :

 

 

The main purpose of this role is to ensure smooth daily DC soft service Ops.

 

 

The DC Soft Service Management as representative of Ops, will work with SCM team, Finance, Procurement, IFM, Canteen, Shuttle Bus team and other related internal and external functions/aspects to work out proper Canteen Service, Shuttle Bus Service, Courier Services & Stationery Service with NO impact to daily Ops, meanwhile monitor the daily canteen, shuttle bus, courier and stationery quantity & quality and ensure to meet operations requirements.

 

 

This position need to manage the outsourced vendor and work with them to ensure all DC soft service are under good condition to fully support DC daily operation without any issues with cost effective way.

 

 

Overall, this position need to guarantee non-stop support to CNDC daily operation, continuously drive energy saving and green company execution with new ideas and new initiatives. And ensure soft service management are within budget with good quality.

 

 

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

 

 

 

  • Monitor the quality and hygiene standards of the on-site canteen.

 

  • Count the number of people dining to ensure the food supply meets the needs of the site

 

  • Coordinate with the catering vendor to ensure a diverse and nutritious food supply.

 

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints regarding the restaurant service promptly.

 

  • Regularly review the qualifications and personnel certificates of the vendor's team

 

  • Manage the budget for canteen operations and ensure cost-effective services.

 

  • Give strong support on different shit catering service base on OPS shit arrangement especially on big sales such as D11& D12&6.18 etc.

 

 

  • Plan and schedule shuttle bus routes to ensure convenient transportation for employees.

 

  • Coordinate with the bus service provider to ensure punctuality and safety.

 

  • Monitor the condition of the shuttle buses and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.

 

  • Gather feedback from employees on shuttle bus service and make improvements accordingly.

 

  • Optimized the shuttle bus routes regularly base on OPS shift and ensure cost -effectiveness.

 

 

  • Stationery Management

 

  • Assess the stationery needs of the organization and place orders in a timely manner.

 

  • Maintain an inventory of stationery items and ensure proper storage.

 

  • Distribute stationery to employees as required.

 

  • Monitor usage and control costs associated with stationery procurement.

 

  • Regular KPI review with vendor to ensure service stability

 

  • Courier Service Management

 

  • Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely delivery and pickup of packages.

 

  • Track and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.

 

  • Resolve any issues or delays in courier services.

 

  • Ensure compliance with shipping and handling regulations.

 

  • Tracking the courier cost breakdown and provide analysis information

 

 

 

  • General Duties

 

  • Develop an annual plan, including service goals and key work arrangements.

 

  • Be responsible for budget preparation of related services and reasonably control costs.

 

  • Organize service bidding and strictly screen suppliers.

 

  • Conduct reconciliation and GR work to ensure accurate delivery of materials and services.

 

  • Making KPI index and regular review with vendor to provide qualified service

 

 

 

K E Y R E L A T I O N S H I P S :

 

 

 

Report to facility manager, Key interface with Ops, EHS team, IFM, Finance, Procurement and other related internal and external functions/aspects.

 

 

 

K N O W L E D G E , S K I L L S A N D A B I L I T I E S :

 

 

  • Rich experience of soft service management in the past 3-5 years, including canteen /shuttle bus /courier / stationery etc. management experience , have strong experience in meal supply management and be familiar with all aspects of catering services are preferred ;.

 

  • Possess good writing skills and be able to write clear and accurate reports and plans.

 

  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with different departments and external suppliers.

             

  • Have strong English proficiency to handle business communications and document processing involving English.

 

  • Understand relevant regulations of food and drug supervision to ensure canteen operations comply with norms.

 

  • Stable personality, clear career plan and spirit developing with project together.

 

  • Relevant certificates (such as food safety management certificate, etc.) are preferred.

 

  • University degree
