Key Account Executive
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Please note that this is a 12 month maternity leave position.
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key accounts and categories while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands.
Key Responsibilities:
· Building strategic partnerships both internally and externally with our Key Account Partner (Rebel)
· Driving sales and margins to budget expectations.
· Providing exceptional customer focus and management.
· Drive effective sell in and sell out strategies through the Go To Market cycle.
· Accurate sales forecasting on a weekly/monthly and annual basis.
· Building and delivering on an operational business plan.
· Ensuring alignment of brand & product initiatives to customer and consumer.
· Drive the customer performance management process to ensure all touch points are in place to drive mutual and sustainable growth.
Key Tasks:
Functional
· To represent the assigned account(s) internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and manage all interfaces.
· To manage the assigned accounts and categories
· To develop and propose the account strategies, formalize them by Strategic Account Plans and get sign off by the direct superior.
· To sell in in and agree on sell out support and formalize this by Account sales plans.
· To monitor sell out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable orderbook conversion
· To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms
Controlling
· To measure progress on own KPIs.
· To monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
· To provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
· To ensure customer compliance with agreements.

· Market shares within assigned Key Account(s) and categories.
· Net Sales & Margin
· Orderbook management & Conversion
Key Relationships:
· Global/Region – Category, Brand, Customer Service, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Wholesale
· Account – Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
· Industry - Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes
· Exposure – Wholesale, Account Management, Merchandising, Sporting Goods
· Functional - > 2 years sales as Key Account Manager
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in business with marketing and or sales focus or equivalent experience
