Specialist Customer Service
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
- Customer Service Specialist works with Sales team to ensure ongoing support of all accounts according to Global best practice standards for realizing profitable market share growth and smooth interaction with other departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth interaction of all go-to-market & Sell-in functions and availability of key sales tools along the process.
- Ensure sales staff is enabled to apply best practice standards in daily work by ongoing know-how availability and training.
- Ensure related marketing support & training are provided to all related customers & POS
- Generate accurate and timely tracking report for related trade activities including sales commission and dealer incentive program.
- Support Sales team to achieve net sales target through Sell-in support, enhancement in productivity of POS and trade marketing initiative.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min. 2 years in Taiwan Retail or Wholesale distribution/sales related environment for an international consumer or fashion brand company.
- Retailing or Wholesaling experience a plus
- In-depth knowledge of consumer goods market and retail & wholesale network
- General knowledge of real estate situation in all major markets
- College degree or above
