Manager HR Programs & Transformation, Human Resources
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Driving People analytics, program management, employee listening, and key HR programs to elevate organizational effectiveness and strengthen our People & Culture agenda.
Partnering closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, streamline processes, and ensure the successful execution of core HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics, Data & Insights
- Translate complex HR and business data into meaningful insights and recommendations for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage data requests and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
- Build data literacy within the HR community through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Recommend automation and digital solutions to simplify reporting and improve workflow efficiency.
HR Program Management
- Serve as PMO for key People & Culture projects, ensuring strong project planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.
- Support the design and rollout of HR programs
- Identify opportunities to optimize and harmonize HR processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and employee experience.
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, and executive updates for SLT, and cross functional leadership forums.
Stakeholder Partnerships
- Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders by providing insights and thought leadership on People topics.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with business strategies, tools, and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Curious, agile, and comfortable working in an evolving business environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and experience with HR data systems and tools.
- Strong PMO capabilities: planning, structuring, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAC), and advanced MS Office skills.
Requisite Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR, Business, Analytics, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, HR programs, reporting, or HR transformation within a multinational or matrix environment.
- Experience in managing surveys, People insights, and/or HR project management strongly preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
