Manager Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage the Order Fulfillment Inventory function across SCM. Manage to maintain optimal inventory levels based on operational planning activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage team to achieve high performance by fostering a positive team environment, delegating effectively, objective setting, performance assessments, motivation and training / development.
- Provide team clear direction, projects & targets relate to OF/Inventory team area that are aligned with business needs & GSCM objectives
- Manage to build stable supply plan to fulfill customer demand with optimizing inventory (availability planning).
- Manage inventory based on in & out planning optimizing company inventory. Monitor GROUP inventory levels, execute plans to reduce average inventory and exit past season inventory efficiently.
- Support to analyze DC capability against company growth plan by Mid-Long term volume plan and support DC Network Study to resolve risks and opportunities.
- Support open-to-buy (OTB) meetings to drive inventory optimization, develop and execute stock liquidation plans.
- Manage Article Performance Reviews (APR) and monitor to optimize current-season inventory progress.
- Support to publish Inventory plan include exit activities and secure the plans are within DC’s capacity & capability.
- Support to achieve on-time delivery based on accurate in & out planning to contribute consumer experience improvement with right product and right time product supply.
- Support to establish system and maintain the flow & process for Japan Supply Chain Inventory operations with optimizing the cost (Inventory & Planning Business Process Owner support role).
- Manage activities to control optimal inventory level within the company target and/or budget.

- Key interfaces (internal): SCM, Channel, Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Global Supply Chain.
- Key interfaces (external): 3PL, Clearance channel.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Worldwide SCM operation & theories
- More than 3 years’ experience working in international diverse environment.
- More than 3 years’ experience people management
- Inventory Management experience in Japan consuming goods industry

REQUISITE EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree preferably focused on International Business Administration, Finance, SCM or Logistics related area.
- IT skills:
- Outlook Intermediate
- Word Intermediate
- Excel Advanced
- PowerPoint Advanced
- Access Advanced
- Power BI Advanced
- ERP, WMS, and Demand-Supply Integration related software basic knowledge & skills
- Language skills:
- Fluent Japanese
- Business Level English
