Manager Membership Growth Brand Activation, Brand adidas
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Design and optimize the digital platform and program benefit structure while connecting the various consumer engagement experiences across the different sales channels to enable a meaningful understanding of our consumers’ values, desires, and habits, leading to multi-channel value exchange between them and our brand
- Lead the end-to-end program management of the adidas membership ecosystem, including the points program, retail membership benefits, and omnichannel member experiences, to drive membership growth, maximize engagement, and increase repeat purchases.
- Lead the implementation of new functionalities to enhance the member journey and experience, working closely with the Global Product team while overseeing KPIs and financial impact in close alignment with cross-functional stakeholders, including Channel and Finance teams.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with eCommerce Operations, Retail Operations, Digital Activation, and Retail teams to ensure smooth program execution and seamless integration of retail and digital member journeys.
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships to expand the membership database and strengthen the value proposition for adidas members.
- Manage the planning and execution of membership category-related activations in collaboration with Category and Brand teams, ensuring alignment with brand momentum and business priorities.
- Support the delivery of key member moments and campaigns, ensuring operational excellence.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or eCommerce
- Strong project management skills; experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus
- Experience delivering and managing loyalty and/or CRM programs is a plus
- Experience with BI & Marketing processes, tools such as Office MA, Google Analytics, Power BI, is a “plus”
- University degree
- Fluent in English
- Native level in Japanese
