Senior Manager Field Sales, Wholesale
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To drive profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth in assigned business account(s) and categories while respecting the image of the adidas Group brands.
- To take the role of Category Sales Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
- Develop and execute the category plan based on the mid term strategy by reflecting account strategy and adidas strategy
SWB planning and execution
KPI achievement, AO taking / Sell out action / Inventory manage / category growth plan
Collaboration with BC team / SA team to execute the plan with excellence
Develop digital strategy and execute the plan
- Build professional and personal relationships with key decision makers and buyers of assigned accounts as a prerequisite for adidas to become the 'preferred brand'.
- Identify issues accurately, including their root causes, and propose solutions for problem-solving to stakeholders both domestically and internationally in a timely and accurate manner, guiding them to resolution.
- Manage strategic account plans and account marketing plans, build appropriate processes and frameworks, and execute work.
- Observe risks within assigned accounts, formulate solutions to the situation, and propose them to the Senior Director or Director for consensus building and implementation
People Leadership
- Facilitate the formation of a team that allows team members to perform by affixing the best-suited personnel according to the framework established by the sales director and senior director.
- Conduct performance review to all direct reports and team members, and provide feedback and advice that leads to growth and improvement
- Task direct reporting members and team members according to their JD, indicating competencies and areas of development to be expected, and giving feedback to them through 1-on-1 meetings to encourage growth.
- Strive to build a team where Direct Reports and team members can speak freely and have a unified view as a team.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- 4-6 years of functional experiences
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experiences
- Ideally in Apparel / Fashion / Shoes / FMCG
- Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Account Marketing
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent experiences
- Japanese: Fluent
