What we’re looking for in you

• At least 18+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail setting
• 12+ months of team leadership or Assistant Store Management experience
• A natural leader who thrives on motivating and developing others
• Strong commercial awareness, visual merchandising knowledge, and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills and a data-driven mindset
• Confident communicator with strong English language skills
• Passion for people, product, and performance
