Now, we’re strengthening our starting lineup and looking for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Factory Outlet in Vestby, located at Oslo Fashion Outlet; the largest outlet destination in the area, attracting both national and international visitors and featuring well-known global brands.

What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key playmaker in the store:
- Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs to exceed targets, because winning is the goal
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering a best‑in‑class consumer experience
- Coach, motivate, and develop a high‑performing, multicultural team
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear actions and results
- Ensure flawless execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in‑store communication
- Support full store operations: scheduling, staffing, stock flow, and compliance
- Build a strong team spirit, with clear expectations, regular feedback, and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with the Store Manager and Retail teams to share best practices and raise the bar
