HR Working student PL
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To support HR Business Partners’ team by providing administrative assistance and by HR projects involvement – in general, all its activities that are in an alignment not only with local legislation, but also with global policies and strategy of adidas Group.
Key Responsibilities:
· initiate and track completion of organizational changes’ requests within non-retail functions
· coordinate personnel changes in collaboration with HR operations team
· navigate onboarding and offboarding process
· support HR communication, directing to the business
· participate in ad hoc HR projects (e.i. global HR projects, trainings, workshops)
· contribute to the maintenance of HR information systems (SAP, Org Charts)
· manage HR purchases (PO creation)

· mistake-free and legislatively correct personnel administration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· advanced in Microsoft Office and digital applications
· very good command of English (at least Intermediate level)
· basic knowledge of the labor market legislation (PL) would be an advantage
· ability to maintain confidentiality of HR documents and other personal information
· SAP system knowledge would be an advantage
· detail-oriented

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
· studying toward a degree in Human Resources Management, General Management or related field (at least 3rd year study)
· proven experience working in an office/corporate environment
· min. 1 year experience in HR would be an asset
