Manager Sales &Brand Accounts Activation
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Implement consumer facing activities at retail and digital consumer touchpoint, across one of the most important Sport Accounts. Help develop the Cluster implementation plan within the EE Omnichannel strategy and implement it with excellence in East Europe. Work with the most premium adidas football products and create brand hype, among East Europe most important markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement EE Omnichannel Marketing plan for selected WHS SPORT banners
- Execute with excellence EE Omnichannel marketing plan with focus on quality, efficiency and consistency across all consumer touch points
- Understand what consumer needs are in every touchpoint of account / banner within the area of responsibility and translate these learnings into creative executions
- Put special emphasis on a digital experience focused on a demanding group of consumers
- Excel at cross team collaboration with DPC department to deliver best in class digital campaigns for respective channel
- Creating numerous consumer activations that will bring interest in the adidas brand along with increasing demand for the promoted product
- Focus on driving full price sell through [both offline & online] and Brand presentation according to set KPIs [both offline & online]
- Own in alignment with respective Sales Managers on marketing plan and calendar for each account
- Proactively look for solutions to differentiate specific banners from other sales channels
- Manage Activation Budget (incl. SWB) to ensure efficiency (ROI)
- Create, own and execute Account Marketing plans in close collaboration with Sales, Sales DPC, GTM, Brand and SPOMA. Work in collaboration with East Europe Product Trainer and VM to constantly improve brand and product knowledge within the store staff
- Closely collaborate with Account responsible teams in order to deliver impactful consumer activations
- Ensure process, speed & efficiency (Budget management, communication flow, reporting, plan execution)
- Deliver appropriate sell-in materials and presentation in collaboration with Sales team

- Digital campaigns ROAS, CPA and search demand
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of full marketing mix in the areas of B&M, Digital & Events
- Understanding of digital activation KPIs
- Business acumen, fluent in retail KPI’s
- Project management skills
- Marketing budget management
- Drive to constantly pursue improvement
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
- Experience / interest in Football category will be an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills, strong networking skills
- Business English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing project execution
- University degree in Business or equivalent
- Fluent in English
