Manager Sales Insights & Analytics
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
The general purpose of Sales Insights and Analytics is to be a data-driven consultant to the Central Senior Management and Sales Teams by providing insights & recommendations to enable and drive fact-based decisions. The Business Analytics Functions support and steer the business to achieve sales targets as well as the strategy by creating a holistic reporting landscape and analysing relevant KPIs. This team acts as a partner function to provide support, guidance and clarity to all sales teams, as well as General Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 360° analytical support toward key accounts and stakeholders
- Leading external and internal trade meetings to exchange on key insights and deliverables
- Ensure data-readiness on a weekly basis by liaising with accounts, receiving their sell-out data, ensuring data-integrity and monitor internal reporting systems.
- Improve data-quality and data-sharing guidelines with accounts by implementing and monitoring systems such as EDI, FTP, Microstrategy, SPS
- Supporting internal stakeholders thru out key sell-in milestones
- Delivering weekly sell-out summaries to keep stakeholders aligned on account performance
- Collaborate with broader SIA team to exchange on best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact of the provided Insights.
- Support in cross functional projects, e.g., Forecasting, Budget, Trade Terms, IBP

Knowledge, Skill Set and Competencies:
- Deep understanding of numbers and excellent analytical skills
- Comfort with Sales/Product Data and very good understanding of sales KPIs
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with BI Tools – knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Data driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong Problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of operational processes
- Open-minded, with excellent interpersonal skills and

- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Polish both written and spoken. Czech,German is advantageous
Requisite Education and Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business administration (bachelor/master)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail analytics, sales, marketing or finance/controlling
- Experience/interests: sports, sales, marketing in the clothing/fashion/footwear or FMCG industry.
