SPOMA Working Student

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Working Student to support the Sports Marketing team at adidas Poland. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Manager and the Senior Specialist to support them with day-to-day operational and executional tasks, with a strong focus on product orders, reporting, and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for a student who enjoys structured work, values precision and accuracy, and feels confident working with data, reports, and systems. The role is largely execution-focused and requires a high level of attention to detail, responsibility, and consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating, coordinating, and maintaining product orders in internal systems (SAP)
  • Monitoring and tracking product deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full execution
  • Preparing and updating daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Supporting order documentation, data accuracy, and process compliance
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Brand, Omnichannel) to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Supporting marketing activations and sports events from an operational and logistical perspective
  • Handling various administrative and organizational tasks daily

  • Accurate and timely execution of operational tasks

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured way of working
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership
  • Analytical mindset and confidence in working with data and reports
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for sports, sports events, and the adidas brand
  • Ability to work from the adidas office in Warsaw

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Active student status (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • Previous experience with reporting, operations, administration, or marketing support is a plus
  • Experience working with systems (e.g. SAP) is a strong asset
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and execution-focused
