WHS Marketing Activation Working Student
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Omnichannel team at adidas Poland. You will assist the Omnichannel Marketing Activation Manager with operational tasks and content production, mainly for the Football category (70%) but not only. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is self-motivated, responsible, and has a strong interest in marketing and sports.
You will be involved in executing a wide range of marketing activities and collaborating with external agencies and business partners. A strong focus will be placed on execution tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to content creation and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team in preparing presentations, Excel reports, and analyses
- Creating and coordinating product orders and maintaining order records
- Assisting in tracking and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns
- Supporting the planning and execution of marketing activations and events with agencies and suppliers
- Handling various administrative and organizational tasks

- Omnichannel Marketing Activation Manager & Omnichannel team
- Finance and Sales teams
- External vendors and creative agencies

- On-time and in-full execution of assigned tasks
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Fluent in both English and Polish
- Based in Poland, with the ability to work from the adidas office in Warsaw
- Passionate about the adidas brand, sports—especially football—and social and marketing content
- Fluency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level preferred)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Active student status (university student in Business, Marketing, or a related field)
- Availability of at least 20-30 hours per week
- Experience in agency collaboration or marketing projects is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible, self-driven, and organized
