Applications Analyst, Order Management
Purpose:
Support the interface to internal teams while coordinating and developing the applications to efficiently achieve sales and service targets that support the goal of achieving on time delivery and strategic business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts end to end review of Customer Applications specific processes to optimize resources and time making sure they process used is the most efficient way of working
- Supports the daily workflow direction to Application Representatives (ApS) to ensure that Department needs are met in an accurate, timely and professional manner within the guidelines of established company policies and procedures.
- Facilitates the IT generated changes such as system upgrades or fold in projects. These duties may include the execution of test scripts related to key processes (e.g. allocation), and supporting the testing completion of other members of the CS Department.
- Support cross functional relationships to discuss and seek resolution to problem solve issues discovered during the analysis of various application processes
- Actively support in specialized training, either in a one-on-one format or in small classes setting against our application tool kit.
- Represent Order Management team as subject matter expert on cross-functional projects
- Support ad hoc execution of transactions in mass as needed and at the request of senior leadership
- Monitor internal request process to ensure timely and accurate responses to business needs
- Identify training opportunities, develop training documentation, and lead training sessions
- Provide team direction, prioritize team workload, and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Manage the day-to-day details of projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- SAP expertise in Sales & Distribution, Process Automation.
- Ability to collaborate, consult, and communicate with business partners and stakeholders
- MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint) and Smartsheets
- Result orientated and pro-active, good decision and problem-solving skills
- Works independently and proactively manages work
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency
- Reviews data while identifying trends and initiating improvement actions
- Challenge existing processes and develop unique solutions to problems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $65000- $85000 CAD. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Woodbridge ON.
