Asst. Manager Digital Merchandising
PURPOSE
Join the Consumer Experience team and help shape how athletes and creators discover products across our digital platforms. In this role, you will bring the adidas digital merchandising strategy to life by ensuring products are showcased in engaging and relevant ways. Your work will influence how consumers navigate, search, and explore, helping them easily find what they need for their sport and lifestyle.
You will use data insights, consumer understanding, and strong attention to detail to create premium merchandising experiences that elevate engagement and conversion. You will also support enhancements to tools and processes, strengthening the accuracy and efficiency of our digital operations. Your impact will be seen from the moment a consumer lands on the site to the moment they make a purchase.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute and maintain digital merchandising experiences across navigation, search, filters, sorting, and product recommendation modules.
- Support the development of merchandising strategies aligned to seasonal priorities and consumer needs.
- Analyze consumer behavior and site performance to identify trends and recommend optimizations that improve conversion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure merchandising execution supports broader business goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing tools, workflows, and operational efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to apply consumer insights to elevate onsite merchandising.
- Strong analytical approach using site analytics, testing, and optimization tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with Fredhopper and Adobe Analytics or PowerBI (preferred but not required).
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or site experience optimization.
