Manager, Campaign Operations (LTD 12 month)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Manager Campaign Operations at adidas you are accountable for the digital execution of seasonal campaigns on the adidas website and legacy app. You will ensure content is created in the proper systems, scheduled and published accurately, reporting any system defects and prioritizing resolutions. You will partner with local digital teams to streamline workflows/ processes and work closely with global stakeholders on projects to drive system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day Campaign Execution

Deliver quality content activations for the NAM market, ensuring that deliverables meet the brief

Execution of specific global digital campaigns on .com and legacy app

Implementation of local brand campaigns & experiences, including promotions planning & implementation, on .com and legacy app

Back-end defect reporting to avoid or solve delivery issues

Provide continuous transparency on status of implementations along the season to major key stakeholders
Projects

Ongoing support of content delivery KPIs for partnering market teams

Contribute to overall NAM activation process optimization

Raise and help prioritize system efficiency concerns to influence global tooling solutions

Maintain relationship with global publishing and market counterparts to ensure best practices are being met

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
- High resilience and solution oriented attitude
Hard-Skills

In depth knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile

Fluent in English both verbally and written
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
- 1+ year of experience in product management
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
- Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery
- Experience/involvement working in and understanding of the adidas Brand Marketing organization is a plus
- Basic experience in leading a team is a plus
