Sales Support Representative
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
The Sales Support Representative partners with adidas Golf Sales Representatives to support and manage business within assigned territories. This role serves as a primary internal contact for Sales Representatives and customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. The position plays an important role in coordinating order management, product availability, delivery execution, and communication across multiple internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Golf Sales Reps and their key accounts and customers.
- Manage and maintain an accurate and organized order book to support timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Process customer orders and order changes in SAP and other business systems.
- Support territory sales objectives through effective order management and customer support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience processing customer returns, generating shipping labels, and issuing customer credits accurately and efficiently, while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Distribution Centres, and Customer Service teams to address customer needs and improve service levels.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Participate in training and development activities as required.
- Ensure 100% on time in full delivery of all time sensitive orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of the golf industry is considered an asset.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Active listening skills and customer service orientation mandatory.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written) is required.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University or college graduate in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience.
- Experience within the sporting goods, apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products industry is considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

- The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $53,200 CAD - $59,500 CAD. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
- At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Woodbridge, Ontario.
