Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

The Junior Manager Brand Comms Lifestyle will support the development and execution of impactful, integrated brand activation plans for the Originals and Sportswear categories in Spain.

The role will contribute to building strong cultural relevance, consumer engagement, and commercial impact, while ensuring alignment with European and Global Brand Direction.

In addition, the role will include a back-office and operational component, supporting the category across Spain and Portugal, ensuring smooth execution, coordination, and delivery of all Comms initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Activation & Comms

  • Support the development and execution of 360° Lifestyle activation plans across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent and premium brand execution in line with adidas guidelines and positioning.
  • Support the implementation of Global and European campaigns adapted to the local market.
  • Contribute to building strong cultural moments and partnerships within Lifestyle.

Operational & Back-Office Support (Spain & Portugal)

  • Act as a key operational backbone for the Lifestyle category across Iberia.
  • Support planning, coordination, and tracking of campaigns and activations.
  • Manage product orders and logistics for shootings, events, and seeding.
  • Ensure timely delivery and follow-up with internal teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Maintain and update brand calendars, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Brand Comms, PR, Culture Marketing, Digital, Social, POS, Sales, GTM teams…).
  • Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and partners to deliver best-in-class activations.
  • Support briefing and alignment to ensure executional excellence across all touchpoints.

Commercial & Performance Focus

  • Support initiatives that drive consumer engagement, store traffic, and sell-out performance.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs (budget, timelines, performance, engagement).
  • Monitor activations and contribute to post-campaign analysis and learnings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • High attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Strong communication and collaboration mindset
  • Good understanding of Lifestyle, fashion, and cultural ecosystems
  • Interest in consumer trends, creators, and urban culture
  • Experience with tools (SAP or similar) is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Requisite Education & Experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Brand Communication, Marketing, or Activation
  • Experience in Lifestyle, fashion, or cultural-driven industries is a strong plus
  • Previous exposure to operational / coordination roles is valued
