Mission:

 

Ensure adidas’ leadership across wholesale customers by planning and executing impactful Trade Marketing actions that drive sales, market share, and brand positioning, while delivering flawless instore activations and consistent campaign execution across all channels in close collaboration with commercial teams.

 

Main reponsibilities

 

  • Develop and execution of the retail marketing plan for the assigned categories and accounts, aligned with business and channel priorities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of marketing activations across retail and wholesale environments.
  • Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver POS materials, visibility tools, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Wholesale teams to understand customer requirements and ensure flawless execution.
  • Ensure the execution of global campaigns and concepts, adapting assets and delivering mandatory and local activations as needed.
  • Execution and control of the Budget (MWB + SWB).
  • Monitor store execution quality, implementation status, KPIs, and deliver postcampaign evaluations.
  • Identify improvement areas and ensure corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Allow, modulate and offer specific campaigns for the client, when they are very relevant for that client and are within the parameters authorized by our headquarters and strategic agreements of adidas Iberia.

  • Carry out the agreed marketing plan on time and at the expected cost.
  • Implementation in number and form of mandatory campaigns.
  • Implement all campaigns on time and with the expected quality, while minimizing potential incidents.
  • Optimization and control of the Marketing budget.
  • Customer satisfaction.

  • Marketing (Brand, Omnichannel, CTC, Newsroom, Sports Marketing).
  • Sales (KAM specifically those responsible for the account(s), Customer Service KA, Franchise).

Education and Experience Requirements

 

  • University degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Design or degrees related to these fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing roles.
  • Experience working with commercial teams, clients, or agencies is essential.
  • Previous exposure to the Retail channel is highly desirable.
  • Professional experience in defining operational marketing plans.
  • Valuable master’s in marketing and commercial management.
