Manager Analytics

Purpose & Impact

The Manager Analytics plays a critical role in driving business performance through data-driven insights, enabling fact-based decision-making across channels.

This role connects analytics, business performance, and strategic priorities, translating complex data into actionable insights that unlock growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance consumer engagement.

By combining strong analytical expertise with business acumen, the role supports both short-term performance optimization and mid-term strategic decision-making, acting as a key partner for cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analytics & Performance Management

  • Build a 360° view of business performance, integrating sales, consumer, and marketplace KPIs
  • Identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Deliver insights to improve demand, sales performance, and consumer engagement
  • Support business reviews and performance tracking

2. Data-Driven Insights & Opportunity Identification

  • Transform data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
  • Leverage internal & external data to identify new business opportunities and growth drivers
  • Bring an outside-in perspective, incorporating market, consumer, and competitive trends
  • Support development of scenario analysis and forward-looking insights

3. Analytics Tools & Data Capabilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across tools and reporting
  • Drive automation and efficiency in analytics processes
  • Promote adoption of self-service analytics capabilities

4. Strategic Support & Cross-Functional Execution

  • Translate insights into business actions and priorities
  • Support implementation of strategic initiatives through data and tracking frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Digital, etc.)
  • Contribute to project tracking, KPI definition, and performance governance

5. Stakeholder Influence & Communication

  • Communicate complex analysis in a clear and impactful way for business stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making through data storytelling and structured insights
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner across functions
  • Prepare high-impact presentations for leadership forums

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Digital Analytics
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial KPIs
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in:
    • Excel
    • Power BI / visualization tools
    • SQL / Python / R (at least one)
  • Fluent English
