Manager Learning and Development (Fixed Term 1 year)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support the in-country HR organization for Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil in every Talent process that needs to be executed at the Country level. Elaborate a vertical approach across Countries to tackle and manage those processes.
- Provide support to the HRM Organization in every key cross-talent process (PS, TLU, Succession Planning, Talent Activation, IDPs, learning activities), specifically in reporting, follow-up, presentation prep, KPI tracking, Country calendars, and adaptation of regional/global communications to local reality.
- Maintain proactive contact with local providers and consultants, bringing opportunities to the HRM team for specific needs.
- Team effectiveness meetings design and co-creation together with HRM/HRD
- Facilitate specific ad-hoc sessions locally.
- Co-create with HRM/HRD themes and dynamics to execute a Share & Learn session in accordance with each Country's needs.
- Support from an organizational development and leadership perspective, the deployment of Leaders Community sessions.
- Administrative and logistics support related to face-to-face, on-the-ground learning activities.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Five years experience
- Previous experience working for another multinational Company/ies.
