Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the in-country HR organization for Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil in every Talent process that needs to be executed at the Country level. Elaborate a vertical approach across Countries to tackle and manage those processes.

  • HRDs Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil

 

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Process-oriented, tending to have agility and simplicity.
  • Is fluent in communicating ideas and processes and requesting deliverables.
  • Facilitation skills

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five years experience
  • Previous experience working for another multinational Company/ies.
